About us
Baobab Retreats was founded by Marc Rogatschnig, Nikki Wohlman and Sarah Campbell-Watts. We share a deep belief in the value of this kind of leadership work, many years of doing it in different forms and contexts, and complementary skills that together enable us to craft something genuinely transformational.
We have been running immersive leadership experiences since 2017 with senior leaders and teams across the globe, in various formats. Baobab Retreats is the natural next form of that work.

Founder
A seasoned facilitator and coach, she brings warmth, precision and many years of experience holding senior leaders through transformational work.
Founder
An artist of experiences, weaving together leadership journeys and wilderness to create the conditions for reflection, connection and change to take root.
Beyond the three founders, we have a wider pool of experienced facilitators we can draw on, choosing the team most suited to each retreat. On the ground, the experience is further shaped by the field guides, wellness practitioners and team who call these places home — their care, skill and local knowledge play a key role in crafting the experience.
Stewardship runs through everything we do — in the work itself, and in where we choose to gather. We work with partners who care deeply for the land, wildlife, communities, and conservation. By choosing these places, each retreat supports their important work and, in so doing, give back to the places that provide the canvas for transformation.
